Seriously....weekend please.
Looking forward to running tomorrow and then climbing in the evening. Clear my head and take my mind of things. I think it can do both...ya it can.
Breakfast: Eggs, Smokey links, Cheerios, Coffee
Snack: Coffee
Lunch: Lean cuisine
Snack: Granola Bar
Dinner: Pasta w/ Zucchini
Dessert: 2 x 100 cal packs
Exercise: 35 minutes incline 30 minutes weight training
